    So I've been out of the loop as far as computer hardware for about 3 or 4 years now. What have I missed? :-D

    Being as Vista isn't hardware, I can't determine much from your comment. Thanks for trying, though. :)

    Well, dual and quad core CPU's are pretty much standard issue these days. PCIE video cards have come way down in price and way up in performance. Lots of folks still using DDR2 RAM, but DDR3 is in some case run as TDR3. :-D

    Pretty much the same thing, stuff is faster and better priced.
