help me pick a graphics card within the £100 range

i want to use it for moderate gaming, i've been looking at these two and was wondering which is the best iyo, as i have no idea what factors make a graphics card good =/

Out of those, I guess the 6800 LE, but if you can get a 6600 GT or an X600/X800 card, it would probably be better than both of those.

*cries* if only I knew you could get a 6800LE for £100... I wouldn't be stuck with this CRAP 5900LE which is so rubbish it can't play San Andreas. Its actually WORSE than my GeForce 4Ti 4200.
