Help me to remove Registry Easy

I have registry easy on my laptop that I do not want and don't know how I got it. I have completed

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

and it is still there, I am running XP pro 32 bit and would like some help in removing this program

Have you tried Add/Remove Programs from the control panel and then manually scooping out any remnants from the program files directory?

 

AbsoluteUninstaller or Revo Uninstaller will automatically go after the remnants in the Registry.

 

sorry about posting in the wrong area. I found some info on this at exterminate-it.com, they call it "Ransomeware"

I tried the add/remove remove programs and it wasn't listed, I tried spybot and it found it and said it removed it, but did not work, so I did a search and deleted all files and folders with the name registryeasy, then re-ran spybot and I think it is gone.

I will try absoluteuninstaller or revo and see if i can find more to it.

I do not know how I got it, I am usually pretty careful where I go.
