Help! My Win 98 'Drag and Drop' doesn't work...

    I have problem with my Desktop, OE 6 and Explorer windows.

    Specifically, Drag 'n Drop doesn't work. In an Explorer window
    I click and hold down the left mouse button and the object doesn't
    highlite. Once i release the mouse button, then it highlights.
    In OE 6 and on the Desktop, clicking and holding down the mouse
    button DOES highlite the object. In all three cases, tho, clicking down
    and dragging just does not work. I'm a power user and my guess is that
    it is a Registry problem. Anybody have any ideas?
