Help! Need Gfx Card w/ Specific Input Please!

Our computer ate a graphics card somehow, and I need a replacement. To use the video capture ports on the front of the case, I need a graphics card that will accept the small 4 pin lead that went to the old card. I think there was a tiny "CMY" marking on the male end of the lead to the Gfx card.

The new card should have about the same or better graphics capability as the old one, DVI-out if possible, but mainly it would be nice to use the same input lead. The old one was a Medion branded GeForce4 Ti4200, 128MB, 8x AGP.

Any Ge-Force card made after that should have the same input options. I think any 5 series and up should have it. Check out this site for price listings. I like this site especially becuase of the free 2nd day shipping, and this site has had the cheapest prices out of most of the parts Ive bough. Look around though, see for yourself.

Thanks for the links. Most cards I've looked at don't have the right lead, so I'm trying to go by pictures. Unfortunately I think zzf uses stock pictures. I've used them before and they're great for when a client of mine is in a big hurry, but it can be hell to return things sometimes.
