Help needed with Event Log entries

Just got my system back supposedly repaired and (for the benefit of people who haven't been reading my other recent posts) I've had a raft of problems with worms, trojans, spyware, viruses, a browser hijack, crash dumps etc etc. It could have all occurred after I got the system home but I am pretty careful and use a good selection of respected security measures (AVG, Zone Alarm, BHO Demon, Spyware Guard).

Proving the store are at fault with my limited knowledge is a bit tricky but maybe the event log has the answer. I certainly have no intention of giving the system back to them even if they were willing to correct the problem, a family friend who does IT is going to sort it out, but I'd like to see if I have grounds to claim some comp or alert Trading Standards and I'd just like to know anyway.

I've edited out repeated entries as much as possible, anything scream out at anybody as being particularly telling?

Nothing really pops out at me that would lead me to believe that they damaged your installation.
It could be that they just didn't have the information and knowlege to fully clean out your system.

 

Have been fighting with the same warning & event I.D.'s, even after running the READ ME FIRST steps as carefully as I could. Malware removal did yank out a trojan, but have had goofy probs ever since, I.E:Apps. hanging, DVD burner now won't read or burn, Avast won't go to the tray even though selected to, programs needing to close with an error report, and on...
Been having on-going "registry didn't unload" messages long before running the "read me first" steps.
Am hoping un-locking the solution to your problem leads to the key to mine.
