Help Save My Family Photos :(

Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I know nothing about hardware. My mother's computer is having a problem where it just keeps re-starting. I mean, I can't even get to the desktop, I can't even get it to boot in safe mode, I can't even get a command prompt.

The computer is running Window XP.. my primary goal at this point is just to save the family photos for my mom, i'm wondering how to do that.. is there anyway I can pull those off the hard drive and save them for her?

The computer basically just goes through 3 screens and then re-starts itself. Here are the screens I get:

if I choose safe mode, it gives me this screen and then re-starts from here

 

hi did you try just to re start to windows normally??

yes, i've tried restarting it in normal mode, safe mode, etc.. it just keeps cycling through the re-start process.

any help is appreciated.

 

Try a repair install of XP. See this for info on how to do it.
