Help! Some weird Trojan won't go away

Here's all I know. I was online yesterday afternoon, minding my own business, when my computer just shut down on its own, or actually I think it tried to restart itself but then Windows couldn't boot because of an error message. The HP logo screen would appear (and BIOS SMART tests were all passed) but then there'd be a black screen with the words "Invalid partition table" and I couldn't do anything. Couldn't even get into Safe Mode.

I couldn't find my Windows 7 disk so I made one on my laptop and used that to boot from. This fixed the issue, but it appears that I now have a Trojan virus.

Note: I am not sure that the invalid partition table thing and the Trojan virus are even connected, but I assume they are.

I scanned with an online Symantec scan and it said my hard drive was clean, however Malwarebytes said I have a Trojan. However, when I restart the Trojan always comes back. It is allegedly in "svchost.exe" and I can't get rid of it because it keeps coming back on the reboot.

Some scans from some programs say there's no virus, but Malwarebytes says the Trojan is still there. I want it gone!
