Help the application failed to initalise properly (0xc0000005) plus malware

    I rekon ive got malware, here me story, just so you so i no nothing about comps so here me out.

    Yesterday i logged onto me computer and got to welcome screen clicked on the user waited to load when all of a sudden this error came up
    the application failed to initalise properly (0xc0000005)
    i clicked ok and it came up again clicked ok then it took me to me background but nothing else i used task manger to use the internet coz i had no icons or toolbar and browsed the net for help but nothing made real sense so i said screw it and turned comp off now today i jumped on and the same thing happened again but this time ive gotten random ie windows poppin up but ive got desktop and toolbar, im mad confused and need a pro to help me out.

    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
    Notes:
    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
