Help to recover a deleted video file on HD.

    Please help.... A few months back I accidently deleted a video file into recycle bin and then deleted it. I now need to recover that file. Any chance it can be done using a free program? I am using XP with SP2.:cry

    I personally have no experience with this software, but since it's on majorgeeks, it should be good and reliable.

    I think SectorSpy and File Undelete and Restoration should be good.
