HELP Undoing a system recovery w/OneKey Recovery Software

I just made the stupid mistake of restoring my Lenovo laptop back to its original factory settings, hence deleting ALL my files, software, etc. by using the OneKey Recovery software.

HOW CAN I UNDO THIS?!

I did back up my laptop on its SkyDrive cloud before this mess and now whenever I try to access it, I get an error message (assuming this was wiped out too). Can someone help this girl, please?!

Lenovo's website says that once I use system recovery the undo is irreversible, but I refuse to give up. With everyone's widespread knowledge on tech nowadays, anything is possible....
