I need to purchase a new power supply to power my new setup. As long as I have been building and troubleshooting computers, I have never really familarized myself with cases. I have an Antec case that is about 21" high. I can't find the manual. So, I need to know what kind of case it is so I can order a power supply.

I noticed that some PSU's are modular and some are ATX. I deducted that a modular PSU will fit into almost any case and an ATX obviously will only fit into an ATX case.

My case is an Antec. I bought it new when I assembled my last computer but I lost the documentation.

So, is it an ATX case at 21" high? Or a mid-tower? Are they the same thing?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Should be the same. Usually you will see the words mini or micro for a smaller tower, that said, in general, most power supplies are the same size, except for a few proprietary psu's in some brand name machines.
