   I've been getting a message (from Symantec Anti-Virus) that the Bloodhound.Packed.Jmp and W32.Gammima.AG virus have been cleaned by deletion but everytime I open my computer, I get the same message. I don't know anything about virus clean-up (other than running Symantec) and I really need help.

   Does Norton give you a path ( location ) of where its finding this malware, if so then please post it?
   
   But do run the below steps and attache the requested logs.
