Help with malware removal after following directions.

Hi,

I have done all the procedures in the "Read and Run Me First" but the first line reads:" Please DO NOT post HJT logs before running this procedure, and DO NOT post logs directly inline with your message. If you do not understand what this means, ask before posting."
Since this is my first time I don't fully understand and would prefer to do it right the first time so I don't waste anyones time.

So far I have saved logs for activesacn, bdscan, hijackthis, newfiles and runkeys.

I am gonna stall here and wait for advice on what to do next. Thanks in advance
