Help with motherboard choice

Hi,I would like some input on a motherboard purchase. I've been going crazy tring to find the perfect board.
I have collected these parts:
Asus Dvd rom (Sata)
Asus Dvd rw rom (Sata)
G.Skill 4 Gig 2 dim Pc 6400 CL5-5-5-15
WD 500 Gig (Sata) 32 mb Hard Drive
OCZ Stelthxtream 600w PS
AMD Athlon X2 64 3.1GHz Processor
Nippon Labs ICR-BB All-in-one USB +eSATACard Reader
External (Sata) Hard Drive
Vista Ultimate 64
Asus 23in Monitor

Features I would like to have:
ATX (size)
6 usable iSata connections with a large card installed
SLI (not important)
On board graphics (just in case video card fails)
Overclock Utility
Later update another 4 Gigs ram, Amd 940cpu and another hard drive.
Ability to update: (Raid 0).Will this turn all onboard Sata connections to Raid 0? Will my Sata roms be affected?
I would like to spend no more than $160.00
Hopefully I did not leave out any details.

hmmmm ... I don't have much experience in the way of AMD ... possibly someone else has an answer??

You should also consider getting some faster RAM

the selection gets real limited with onboard video...most of the time it's the micro atx boards with onboard video. I would eliminate that because none of those boards have very great user ratings.
