Help with Popup: Windows Security Center Alert

Please help with my popup.

I have tried everything I can think of. My popup appears almost everyother page that I bring up. It says,
"Windows Security Center Alert: Warning! Spyware files are detected on your computer!
It’s highly recommended to scan the system immediately to remove all dangerous spyware/adware programs.
Spyware gathers your private information without your consent.
This information includes passwords and credit card details, as well as other sensitive data.
Once installed, spyware keeps track of your surfing habits, which makes it possible for unsolicited ads and SPAM messages.
Spyware can not be removed by antivirus and firewalls.
These programs are not even able to find evidence of spyware being installed on the computer.
Spyware also uses your computer’s memory and system resources making your PC incredibly slow."

*I am aware that it is not an actual microsoft windows page and I feel like my computer is not safe. It also makes looking anything up online a real pain.

*I am running the current internet exoplorer 7.0 and have downloaded the most current microsoft info.

*I have ran AVG Anti-spyware, Ad-ware, and Spybot S&D which all found things but not my underlying problem.

*My mcafee firewall is running and I believe most of my setting are medium-high.

*All of my popup blockers are running, and this is the only popup i receive.

Here is my most current Hijack this log:

I realize that I have quite a bit running and am open to any help you may be able to give. I have downloaded quite a few different spyware programs and would love to get rid of anything I don't need. This thing is driving my nuts and frankly I don't feel like my computer is very safe.

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above and you still have a problem, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below thread to properly use HijackThis and attach the log:

Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis

• Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around..

In your next post, please make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order:

• CounterSpy - ONLY IF you were not able to run Windows Defender
• Bitdefender - from step 6
• Panda Scan - from step 6
• runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
• newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
• HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
