Help with Win XP Service Pack 1 Stop Message

    My Hard drive somehow became corrupted so I reformated the drive and tried to reload Windows XP on it the process went through the checking the hard drive for space and copying some files from the CD Rom than went to start windows and the following Stop message came up
    0X0000007E (0XC000005,0X8084D4B4,0XF96B03B0,0XF96B00B0)

    Can anyone help with this
