Help with XP and Control Panel Probs

    I've recently noticed some problems with my XP Pro. I'm running SP2 on a P4 2.4 w/ 1.5gb of ram. When I go into Control Panel, I have a few generic icons at the beginning with no description. My Add/Remove programs will not open (just flashes and I get a Windows 'chord' wav file/error sound. Also, the System applet no longer has the hardware tab. Bluetooth shows up twice, and neither will open.

    I'm also having occasional issues (not sure if it's related) with processor usage going up to 100%. I check Task Mgr, and it's being used by legit programs, but they never used to use up the resources like that before.

    I ran SFC /scannow to try and fix the CPL issue, but it did not help. Here is my Hijack This log, if it helps:
