hi i want to get rid of pccleaner and trusted anti-virus pop ups

right i have the same problem as this person in this topic http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=143926.

I have a log file from smitfix

pccleaner and trusted anti-virus

right i have a problem with windows popping up saying i have a virus, well i nearly did get the netsky virus. but seems i only got the programme viruses.

I read a topic on this and i have downloaded Smitfruadfix, and heres my log.

i also did step 2. Which is the cleaning process . Heres the log
