Hidden folder called "!"

    Im working on a very infected XP system and in all 3 different users Docs and Settings there is a hidden file named "!" that has over 5000 different fake files from everything to Porn to Dora the explorer to brand new movies. I am unable to delete them and im sure its a virus causing it but im not sure what one. Has anyone encountered this recently and fixed it? Or at least know the name of the infection? Any help would be fantastic! Thanks
