hidden processes? please help..

I didn't see any post saying anything like "read this before posting" and I don't know if there is something in the forums regarding my problem already because I don't know what my problem is. I have had Spybot uninstalled for just a couple of days and my settings are off, it seems. I wish I had kept Tea Timer.

I was given a copy of Norton 360 with the story that the original had been lost and the copy was just as good. I am pretty sure backups are legal. I traded some RAM for the program but now I think I got something else and am ready to go knocking to get my RAM back.

Upon installation, I started to get multiple and repeating errors that I could not X out fast enough. My Linksys was malfunctioning and I finally managed to close out the windows fast enough to close the program. I immediately removed Norton and I am starting to get different errors left and right involving invalid file paths. Ad-Aware came up with nothing as did Malwarebytes and now AVG 8.0 won't work after installing, saying something again, about path errors.

I use a free program called Advanced System Care and for the first time in one of its scans it offered up my running processes for analysis without any suggestions. This is the first time it has done this making me think it is trying to tell me something. Here is the log which ASC claims it perfectly analagous to a Hijack this log:
