hijack this log/ right forum?

I did all the steps, I think it's right but there was a trojan horse, not sure if it's gone. I still have a problem with an error dll missing on booting up, I had thought it developed because of spyware,worm, etc. so now I have no idea. Any clues?

 

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

• Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
• Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

• After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

• When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
  • Bitdefender
  • Panda Scan
  • HijackThis

In addition follow the directions for Virtumonde aka Trojan Vundo Fix w/ Tool.

 

HHHHHEEEEELLLLLLPPPPP, I do not know what I'm doing

Anyone, I am really trying to get into this but I must be archaic. Shut down all unnecessary running processes? When I attempt to go into the running processes I always jam up the computer, how on earth do you disable your browser and all the other steps hijack this calls for? I've created the folder etc. and have run every scan with the computer showing no virus etc. The trojanhorse is gone and it seems to be faster, but I still have problems with error s on start up that just mysteriously began to happen. I guess I'll take what I can get and live with the errors.
