Hijacked Desktop(fixed), other Issues. Help Please.

Hello gang, yesterday my desktop was hijacked by some type of malware. No pop-ups came up; it just changed my desktop background and wouldn't let me change it all. I stumbled upon this site and did all the steps in the "Read & Run Me First, before asking for support” post and it seems to have solved the problem. I’m now able to change my desktop as I want it (The read & run me post really helped!).

However when I ran bitedefender and panda active scan it said I had malware still in my computer. Attached is my hijacked, bitedefender, and panda active scan reports. Could any of you let me know if there is any malware still on my Pc and if there is a chance they will cause problems like my previous one? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, as it already is because I think I at least fixed one of my problems, with this majorgeeks.com help.

 

Here is my other attachment that was recommended to be posted by this site. For some reason the GetRunKey.bat will not show a .txt log file? I’ve done everything that I was told to do in the post. ???? Also do you recommend me to do a new System restore, as I had the problem yesterday and fixed it the same day (not sure how often my system restores it self.
