Hijackthis ATTACHED (I did all the steps)

Ive been struggling with a problem with my PC for quite some time now. I even reformated and it didnt help! My computer will lock up randomly, no warning! Usually it will lock up when i first boot up and all the programs are loading (messenger, NOD32, etc). If it gets past that phase, it will randomly freeze up some other time, sometimes a couple hours later (there is no trend that i can notice). However, this does not happen when i am running in safe mode which makes me believe it is not hardware.

When it freezes:
When the pc locks up, i can still use my mouse for a short while. When i trace over the windows toolbar at the bottom of the screen the arrow will turn into an hour glass and i cant click anything on the menu. Eventually, i will loose mouse control then i hit the restart button.

Ok, thanks for your input, i will start looking at software conflicts. Any place you'd recomend to start looking? Is there some general methodology you'd recomend? I reformated the pc once already about a year ago and selectively chose the software i wanted to reinstall.

Per your advice i got rid of NOD32, but computer still freezes the same with out it.

I only installed STARRCMD keylogger myself. What other ones do you see???
