HijackThis need help analyzing

    My PC has been doing strange things (moving items around, deleteing/ undeleteing items) also last night my printer started up and printed a blank page.

    Today i have been trying to see if i have a virus/infection on my PC and have removed a number of issues.

    Please can somone check out the below HijackThis file below, and let me know if i have any other problems that i still need to remove?
