Hogging bandwidth!

    Hello,

    I live in a house with 3 other people, and sometimes when they are downloading I can't access any sites as they are hogging all the bandwidth! I've asked them to be considerate (i.e. do their downloading overnight) but not much has changed :(

    Is there anything I can do to limit speeds or give everyone equal bandwidth?
