Home network with XP and WIN7??

    HI,,I have between trying to setup a small network with my Desktop running XP and my Laptop running windows7. So far I have not been successful. Can anyone point me towards a guide or give me some info, that would be great. Thanks.

    This guide maybe helpful to you HERE

    You may need to download and install the LLTD update for XP HERE first, this allows the Win7 PC to see the XP one and vice versa.

    I attached my xp machine to a workgroup, then I attached my 7 machine to the same workgroup. I can now see any computer on my network that is attached to this same work group.
