I thought I removed SpyFalcon successfully. Most of the pop-ups are gone. My home page is still hijacked to go to "theguardservices.com".
    Can anyone help?

Welcome to MajorGeeks.com, please follow the steps below:
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis

Your are runnig HijackThis from the ZIP file. The directions I linked you to specifically tell you not to do this.

Do not copy and paste logs in this forum they are to be attached.

Ther are 2 other logs that need to be posted.

Read Step 7 and reinstall HJT to C:\Program Files\HJT.

Follow the directions for Smitfraud, SpySheriff, SpyAxe & PSGuard Removal.

ATTACH the BitDefender and Panda ActiveScan logs, along with SmitFiles.txt from the above procedure ; and a fresh HijackThis log after it has been properly installed and all the above has been done first.
