Home Search Assistant problem

    I am having a time getting Home Search Assistant, Search Extender, and Shopping Wizard off a computer in the office. I have ran Ad Aware, Spybot Search & Destroy, and downloaded HS remover off this website. All of these have been ran in safe mode as well as regular mode with System Restore turned off. The HS remove looked like it was going to work but it did not after clicking on the net again. I have tried that twice. I am not sure what else I can do. My Norton and Windows are updated as well. I have done all I can think of at this time. Any suggestions?
