   My Avast virus program detects a virus(?) as follows:
   
   C:\Program Files\Spambully2foroe.msl\HookOECreation.dll
   
   Avast program is unable to put it in the virus chest or even to delete it.
   
   Is this a dangerous item, and, if so, how to isolate and get rid of it?

   It is not a problem if you have installed SpamBully for Outlook Express. If you have installed this then Avast is giving you a false positive.
