Horrible infection, please view thread fast

I just had help cleaning my PC of some malware that my wife picked up. However, about 20 minutes ago I was working on a paper when all of a sudden I was attacked, I was using a scholarly journal search, I am completely perplexed, I was at a trusted site.

I ran superspyware editon, 4 infections were found, I cleaned and it stated my pc would require a reboot to clean, so I did so.

However, my pc will not boot up! I had to click safe mode, then a huge script of disk partion files scrolled onto the screen and locked up. I began to get very very nerveous. I hit esp and it but me on the windows startup page.

I just ran malwarebytes anti-malware and had 11 infections!!!

instead of taking action like last time, which resulted in an inoperable boot, I am posting the log here.

Please help soon, I have an important paper that I must have ready tomorrow!

 

I am so sorry to act as if my situation is more important than others, however, I can not start my computer up unless it is in start mode. I run ArcMap programs on my PC which requires the full spectrum of performance. Could someone please help me, I have a large paper that is due today and many other projects due next week.

I am sorry to put the admin in a position like this.
