How Can I Determine What all The Processes Windows is Running Are?

I'm running Windows 98 and am having a problem with another program crashing (Turbo Lister). In working with the program vender, I have established that it is a conflict with another program which is also running (unknown which one). I've eliminated all the programs *I've* asked Windows to run and that leaves the list that comes up when I press Ctl Alt Del. Problem is, I don't know what they are or if I really want or need them. Is there some way I can *easily* identify what they are or do without shutting down each one individually to see what does or doesn't happen? Thanks 'cause I've already used up all my troubleshooting patience for the month!

I use a program called Wintop this list EVERYTHING that is running.

Yeah, clean the registry, that will really list processes. Sigh.

 

I consider Process Explorer vital these days.

It's what msconfig should have sadly been.
