How can I possibly!!!!!

How can I possibly have an administrator password on a system I scratch built???? I do not do any system pass wording ever! I loaded Some Logitech mouse ware it killed my key board in Windows, key board works fine during boot and is safe mode. I went to control panel, system, hardware and tried to roll back the key board driver. I could only trouble shoot, so I removed the Logitech stuff rebooted still N/G. This problem is on my back up machine which I just got up and running after frying a MB! It has two drives mirrored the second drive works perfect when I boo to it, I could swap them scrub the messed up one but would like to fix it before tearing into the box again.

Ok problem part way solved! In control panel, system, hardware I deleted the driver for the key board, rebooted XP reinstalled it everything is working fine! BUT when I shut down I get a blue screen, stating a driver problem. I hit the button and it shuts down normally and reboots fine, it does everything right except shut down without the blue warning screen.
