Or create mutiple split volumes (eg: winrar).

Dual layer DVDs hold up to about 8.5gb, or just a hair over that. Splitting ISO files into smaller pieces can be achieved with PowerISO (it's not freeware). I personally haven't done it, but it's possible (from what I've read). Personally, I'd mount the ISO as a virtual drive so you can access the contents of the image, then work with them from there. You can use MagicDisc, or Alcohol52 to mount the ISO as a virtual drive. Perhaps if you could tell us what's in this file, we could recommend a course of action. Like if it's a DVD movie you own that you want to back up for archival reasons, you could use DVDShrink or ShrinkTo5 or DVDFab.

(all the programs I've listed above are 100% freeware except DVDFab; however, I think the free version has limited full functionality; the unregistered version of PowerISO will only manipulate ISO files of 300mb or less in size, registering PowerISO costs $30 :cry )
