How do I disable the Windows Key + U from Starting the Utility Manager?

    I work with Clients with Visual Impairments and When ever the Make a Mistake and Hit the Windows Key + U it starts the Utility Manager is there any way to Disable this function from happening at all? They are already using adaptive software to Get accessablilty features and we are using the Windows Key for other functions so I am not able to just disable that key I need to disable the utility Manager program.
    Any Help would be thankful
