How do I slowly Fast forward, Back forward a Video in KLite Media Player Classic ?

I am using K Lite media player classic for watching videos but having trouble fast forwarding or back forwarding because the only way I know to do that is by sliding the slider bar using mouse which is not precise.

Is there another way to do It more accurately ?

I use MPC-HC http://mpc-hc.org/

You press Control and right arrow on keyboard.

Advances frame by frame.:wave

You can also fast forward - go to Play at top and click Increase speed - you can click up to 4 times to advance by 8x.

Does it give you full screen with nothing but the video OR is there some tool bar with play buttons etc ?

Full screen, no audio.

When you get to the point you want, just click Play.
