how do i stop my search history on all sites

    after i did the sp2 update i noticed that there is a drop down history when i enter a search in google and also other sites like ebay. when i do the search there is a history of my previous search words. why does this happen now and how do i stop it.

    Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Options -> Content tab -> Personal Information -> Auto Complete. Adjust to your liking.
