What I need to do is have someone help me please with the process for running a series of ping tests. I am having a case of really HIGH anxiety.
Getting pressure from work to either resolve my VoIP problems or else go back to landline. After MANY rounds with tech support, the final thing to work on is how much latency there is, and run numerous lengthy ping tests to see if there is much change in results over the weekend.

    Any help is most appreciated.

Basically, go to start / run / type "cmd" ...no quotes ....it will open a command prompt...type ping xxx.xxx.xxx -> whatever they instructed you to ping.
