How do you find out what a user has rights to?

Back in the Novell days, you could look at a user's accounts and look at their rights, and Novell would list every network folder the user had access to.

It doesn't appear that Active Directory nor Windows has a built in function to do this, that I know of. Is there any software out there that will let me click a user on my Active Directory domain and list what network shares this user has access to?
