I have a Sprint PX-500 and I am wondering... How would I connect it to a wireless router?

    If it is this card:

Then you can't connect to a wireless router with it at all. It's an EV-DO only card, as far as I can tell from this:
    http://support.sprint.com/doc/sp986...=y&navtypeid=13&pagetypeid=19&prevPageIndex=2

Based on the above, the PX-500 doesn't have any WiFi capabilities.

But, I don't see why you'd want to, or need to - all you need is a cellular data service plan from Sprint, I would think? And you'd have to be in range of their cellular network, of course.

If you post the make/model of your laptop (I'm assuming you're using one), then perhaps we can better advise you with regards to WiFi connectivity?

Well actually I have it hooked up to my desktop and I'm trying to connect it to a router so I can share my internet with the Nintendo Wii. I just want to know if a home network is possible with this card.

I did research and I am going to buy a EVDO router

    I see, something like: http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Sate...nksys/Common/VisitorWrapper&lid=8442627773L01 ?

    That's pretty neat.

Sorry that my reply wasn't helpful - when I read "wireless" I think "WiFi", and refer to EVDO, etc., as "cellular" - it helps to avoid confusion.

I'm glad that you found a solution to your problem, however :)

    Regards,

    dj
