I want to change my default email program. It is currently set to Outlook Express. Outlook Express is my only option in the Set Program Access and Defaults menu. What I would like to do it set it up so that when I click an email link on a webpage(ex. mailto:emailaddress@someplace.com), it opens up Gmail in my default web browser. Is there any way to do this?

If all you want is for Gmail to open when you click a mailto: link, then download Gmail Notifier ( http://toolbar.google.com/gmail-helper/index.html ) Install it, then go into Options, and check the box that says 'Use Gmail for internet mailto: links'. Done!
However, i'm not sure its possible yet to make it your 'default' email client, like for example, to get it to open when you press the 'email' button on your keyboard etc.
