How to create a folder "mirror" ?

I have several harddrives installed on my computer. These drives are mainly occupied by garbage, but I do have a few folders (like music and documents) that are near and dear to me.

So I am wondering, does anyone know of any good, solid and preferably automatic software that will monitor say d:\music and mirror it to e:\backup mirror\music

?

You can also try using Microsoft's SyncToy. It's totally free and is one of Microsoft's 'PowerToys'. Check it out here http://www.microsoft.com/prophoto/downloads/synctoybeta.aspx I'm not sure how automatic it is, but I'm sure it's at least worth a look....
