In Frontpage 2002, I can insert a picture, go to properties and create a border, but I can't change the color. I want a white border. Does anyone know what I would insert into the HTML to accomplish this?
    Much thx!

This is an example of using inline CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). I highly recommend reading about it.
