How to decrease the size...

...of the text on my screen. I go to View and select Medium but no changes happen. I don't like large text because it creates a scroll bar below and I hate scrolling across to read something. Thanks for your help.

I did just that but still nothing happens, thanks for your help anyway...

 

Maybe you should check your system resolution.
If you have recently installed windows you might have to install drivers also.
