How to disable startup scan

i have Eset nod32 antivirus 4.2.71.2 version installed in my problem is i wanna disable startup scan as it is slowing my startup process, its taking lots of time to load all the icons and set the taskbar:-o



i google for this and found that by going to scheduler option we can disable it but couldn't find it

I don't use that program, so I'm shooting in the dark here. What happens if you enable the "Show system tasks" in your second screenshot? Are other options then presented?

nothing happens it just stays on the same screen:-o
