How to Fix Send function in IE

    I would like information on how to fix/repair the Send function in IE. I am using Windows XP Home. The function would allow users to Send a site as a link in Email or Send a page in Email. This used to work for me but I can no longer get it to work. I have checked my IE settings for Programs and have a working Mail service to use for the Email. If anyone has suggestions I would appreciate the help.
