how to get my video settings correct on my nokia x6

    Hi am new on this site just joined hope someone can help me?.
    I'm using any video converter pro to convert films for my x6 but cant seem to get them so that the film uses the whole screen?they alway end up small instead of the covering the screen.Have set the frame size to 640x480.

    please help thanks
