How to keep run tasklist /svc results displayed ?

'tasklist /svc' runs, but (command prompt) display window result opens and then immediately closes ?
How to keep results list display window open for view list ?

 

XP - Start > Run, type 'cmd' <Enter>

Vista/7 - Start, 'cmd' in Search box <Enter>

Then run it.

Tried that and got...

'tasklist' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Need to run from specific directory ?

 

Must admit I had never heard of tasklist but assumed as you said it ran that it was a valid command and indeed, according to Technet it is. However it doesn't exist on an old XP Home system I have here so I guess it's only in Pro.

If it doesn't run in a command window (cmd) then it didn't actually run from the Run command either, as both use the same paths.
