How to learn to administrate vBulletin forums

    Hello,
    I’m trying to form an on-line group of about 150 writers to write life-skills, self-help material.
    The group-writing itself will take place on a Vbulletin software/forums.
    How difficult is it to use Vbulletin for someone with limited computer knowledge/experience?
    Is it practical for me to learn (How?) to use vBulletin or I must hire someone to do it for me?
