How to make a small installer (by WinRar)?

    Hi all,

    I created an installer with WinRar and because it has many components including open source ones the installer is big, 114MB. Sometimes it causes problem of downloading for some users who don't have fast connection, and I noticed that someone else is able to create a much small installer (444k) doing the same thing, but I don't know how they did it and don't have their contact info...

    So, I wonder if any of you knows the trick and could share with me.
